• Using above form and following booking engine purchase

2.PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted payment methods are:

• Check
• Bank transfer
• Cash
• ATM Card
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card before your arrival

3.PRICES

The prices for the apartments include usage of hot and cold water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning.
Prices include final housekeeping.
Prices do not include the sojourn tax imposed by the Municipality of Bellagio which amounts to €1.50 per person per day up to a maximum of 7 days (valid from 01-April to 31-October).

4.CHECK IN CHECK OUT

FOR ANY CHECKIN RELATED ISSUE PLEASE ADVISE AT: +39 334 35 05 489 (WhatsApp too)

• Check-in is always available after 2:00 PM with self check-in procedure
• Check-out is available from 8 AM until 10 AM
• Check-in takes place at “Residence La Piccola Bellagio”, Via Paolo Carcano 67, 22021 Bellagio, Como – map position).

5. BREAKFAST AND VARIOUS

• Breakfast is served from 8.30 AM to 10.30 AM
• 5th guest requires and additional 30 € fee daily
• Pets requires an additional 4 € fee daily
• Please advise if you are coming with your pet

6. DEPOSIT AND EARLY DEPARTURE

Should clients have to leave before the end of their lease period for any reason they have no right to reimbursement for the remaining part of the stay.

7.CANCELLATION

Should the client have to cancel a booking for any reason, the client is liable to pay a penalty fee which will vary according to the following circumstances:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival.
• A cancellation or modification of the booking beyond the time limit defined at point A) will be charged the entire amount for booked period.
• In the case of non-arrival the client will be charge the entire amount for booked period.
